Looks like we’ve moved into the 8 spot. It’s wild to see bama has almost more 5 stars than we do 4 stars. If we can get a win in T-Town this season I’d like to think it will help springboard recruiting. Doing less with more is an admirable trait, but running them out of town with superior talent would be a sight to see once we get 9 5 stars in a recruiting cycle. One can only hope.

I'm fully aware of how alot of 3 star recruits end up becoming great players. But I'd be lying if I said the total number we signed this class and in previous years past compared to the likes of Alabama and Geoegia wasn't a little bit alarming.

I won't use the term alarming but we how to figure out the gap from being dominated in a game. Sometimes it can come through very good development. We'll see.

It’s only alarming if you look at it out of context, and looking at things out of context is always or nearly always folly. Our measuring stick should ultimately be ourselves; are we improving? What is the trend? As of now we are trending upward significantly over the first three classes Heupel has signed. As long as we’re trending upward, I’m not too concerned with where we are relative to Georgia and Alabama in a specific year. Consistent progress will get us where we need to be.

Been that way for quite some time where bama is concerned. The streak UGA is on isn't exactly a one, two or even three off deal. We will need to be spot on with our evals and coach the hell outta what we do get. Never forget....on any given Saturday.
