Recruiting scenario dilemma

Say ur a coach doing an in home visit.
The recruit or a family member asks you if you are looking at any other jobs.
If you are looking at other jobs, do you lie or just say something like "I Plan to be at this school for a long time".

I'm going to be honest, sir/ma'am. I love my job, but I'm looking simply because I'm missing something I feel that this team needs to refire my passion for this University. That missing something is your son. He is the best at his position. He will become a legend at our University. He will win championships for us. With our help, he will be playing on Sundays.
