I wonder if anyone hears any good news on recruiting visits at Tennessee Vols' campus?

Just saw what looked like 20 recruits and TN players walking around Neyland Stadium. A few UT players were hosting them, Berry, Richard, and Hardesty were the TN players that I could see. I could not really recognize any of the recruits except Marlon Brown, Marcus Hall, Eddie Lacy and Kendall Kelly. All of them seemed like they were having a great time.

No babes? Considering his own good tastes, surely UT hostesses still fit Kiffin's system.

Saw the recruits getting off tour buses early this morning at Gibbs Hall on my way to Gameday. Saw several of them joking around with each other, so hopefully thats a good sign.

How could them joking around with each other be a good sign? I'm pretty sure most of these guys know each other from all-star games, camps, etc. Plus they are teenagers, and they probably "joke" around on all of their visits...

Geez, Mr. Positive here. I think he was just pointing to the fact that they were enjoying themselves, which would be better than them walking around looking bored.

just saying that maybe they are having a good time on campus and will remember having fun at UT when they make their decision.

because of the performance of a team in a different sport?

Hey, put yourself in their shoes.....they are living in the moment....imagine UF and UT are your final two....you've already been to Gainesville...Knoxville tonight, at that game...watching us beat UF and our crowd is going crazy and chanting Kiffin's name?? They have to be in awe....

I like our chances....

I can understand a loss hurting the overall atmosphere in TBA...in turn the recruits don't feel that excitement that comes with the supportive and enthusiastic fan base we have...the fact that the house was rocking will have an overall positive effect on the visits this weekend...it wont make or break anything though.
