I have been watching Tennessee football since I was born in 1987 but I just don't really recall many snow games. Can anyone refresh me and remind me of any snow games where it was just pouring snow. Thanks again
I was born in 1956 and I cannot recall a game in which there was appreciable snowfall before or during the game. Snow did impact the 1929 Kentucky game, however, which finished in a 6-6 tie because we failed to convert what would have been the winning extra point. We would have gone to the Rose Bowl if we had won that game. For an account of the game from Hugh Faust, who played in it, as well as actual game footage, fast-forward to roughly the 5:50 mark of General Robert Neyland "The Man and the Legend" - YouTube .
Yep, & bitter cold. Watched our son's trombone bell fill with snow during parade, Casey not being able to function in the cold, & Kilgore Rangerettes doing the SPLITS during halftimr routine!:whistling:

Hehe!! :lolabove: Good one!....Do not remember being at any snow games but remember several that were played in ICE...I remember going to Lexington in 1981 and there was an ice storm the night before and it was soooo cold and the seats were covered in ice...Absolutely a miserable day...We lost too. :banghead2:
I remember going to a UT KY game in the early 80's at KY, it was 25, windchill was around 16 or so, spitting snow.... I was freezing, the coldest game I've ever been involved with.........
