The play calling is suspect. The team is executing bad play calls. We should have been in under the center pushing them around. Butch wants to some how try to fight fire with fire. Hopefully they make some adjustments.

You want us to look like cowards? We are a young team with a new coaching staff. There have been a lot of mistakes in this game and we should not be getting beat by this much. Worley has come up short yet again and the play calling has been crappy.

I am actually impressed with the defense so far considering who we are playing.

If we didn't have 4 of the top 10-15 automatically on our schedulue, I would agree that playing them was a good thing. However, with the roster we have, we have NO business in this game. Games like this are embarrassing and simply reinforce people's beliefs about the state of our program. In a couple years when our roster is rebuilt, fine, lets play...but not wise right now.

You are right about that. Sometimes you need to forget your pride and do what makes the program look good. Ask USCe they didn't play a top notch team until they had the roster to do so.
