All this coaching carasel and some of this loosing reminds me of how Bama took a 10 year hiatus from prominence (cept for '99). Just wonder how long it will take for other SEC coaches to leave wher TN can come back?

Every team goes around in cycles so it's our turn. We just have to hope all this chemistry that coach Butch Jones puts together will click to get us back to our winning ways. As MSNBC says "lean forward" or look ahead to the positives.

My biggest fear is that Tennessee football will only be as good as previous South Carolina teams in good years or the last Petrino Arky team. A good team but not competative with the big dogs like Bama or LSU or Florida of today!

If we can fairly quickly get to the level of the late USCe or "Petrino Arkansas" teams, I'd be good with that for a couple or 3 years. You don't repair the damage that's been done to this program in a couple years.

Well the good news is I think Bilemia (sp) will be doing his part and turning in LSU, Auburn, and Bama in for recruiting violations...

If he didn't like Urban contacting verbal commits, I wait to see how reacts to SEC recruiting.

Haha. We will be back. It's hard to be patient. More about bein patient with these "unhappy whiney" fans than it will be with football team

Too much going for us to stay down. Yes, this is an unfathomably bad stretch for us, but our program truly sells itself with a decent coach at the helm. Kids would LOVE to play in front of crowds of 100,000+ against the nations's premiere teams and use our first class facilities. The losing just sucks because, as Coach Jones even mentioned earlier, there's no excuse for it here. We'll be back.
