Rental property in Chattanooga?

I'm looking for a cheap rental in or around Chattanooga preferably Harrison or Ooltewah area. 2+ bedrooms 1+ bath preferably under $800 cause I'm po. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance

I think you're going to have a tough time with that. I paid something like $750 for a 2br 2bath apartment off Gunbarrel 15 years ago. Most houses outside of Northshore are going for $1+ sq/ft.

Yeah that's what I'm afraid of. We have been blessed with paying an incredible low amount in rent for the last 8 years and now we have to move, through no fault of our own and now our rent will all most double

Yeah.. Good Luck with that.. Rentals in Chatt are OUTRAGEOUS! My sis just moved to a condo in ER and she's paying $1200 for 3 BD and 2.5 Bath.. Ooltewah for a rental house is easily $1500 +.... Try Trulia.com though...

Mortgage rates are crazy low right now you could probably buy a very decent house for $800 a month. Doubt you'll find anything to rent that cheap.
