Anyone know where to get the best deals? We normally use Mt. Laurel Chalets but their taxes/fees etc. are just out of control.

We've booked through Edencrest twice and were impressed each time. Idk if they have spots in gburg, but their properties at bear crossing is just out wears valley road. Nice gated community with a pool and putt putt.

I've used Chalet Village rentals and both times the properties were great and the company was easy to work with. They are right in G-burg. Not sure how the prices stack up but the properties are nice and not secretly in Wears Valley or something like that.

Ive stayed there too, it was really really nice. I have no idea about the cost, my mom rented it for a huge (19 people) family Christmas a couple of years ago.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom once, and the view master another time. VM was really nice. 4 bedrooms, a downstairs living area w/sleeper sofa, hot tub, full kitchen/dining area to handle 12, and a first floor loving area with 2 couches and multiple chairs on each side of the cabin, joined by a living area in the middle of the ground floor. It was really nice.

Yeah it looks like they specialize in bigger cabins. Very nice but a bit pricey.

I checked on small cabins for 2 in Gburg, Townsend, Wears Valley, and was shocked at what they're asking for a night. Some were over $1000 per night! Most were in the $350-$450 per night range.

Ours was huge, 3 floors. Game room, theater room, indoor pool in the bottom floor. 6 bedrooms, 1 had 3 sets of double bed sized bunk beds and a jacuzzi in it. Hot tub on the balcony outside. Man, id love to do that trip again.

I'd settle for a hot tub right now.

Man I hope you don't want it any time soon those kind of properties are probably booked for the year...They may offer a high end property as all they have left....Be prepared to pay.
