Rescued this from the torture of being trashed

I rescued this from the torture of being trashed. I want to fix it up and get it into the hands of someone who will appreciate it. I would like to know what value some of you guys would put on this as it is now. I am going to fix it up no matter what. A starting value would be nice to know. I have researched but unable to find a value on this specific one. Any help?

I am not a football fan myself buy yea, I thought it was too good to go into the trash. It's too cool to not be restored or fixed. Things like this are far and few inbetween. This one is signed and numbered. Would look great in a Tn themed man cave. I just couldn't let it go into the trash.

I have seen a couple of those since I started looking. I think that is older. But I have not seen any like the one I saved. That makes me wonder. I think he must have done them for every championship team. I found a little info on him.

I want to get this clock working. Don't really want to replace it. I can't find anything wrong with the gears. Gonna take it apart and oil it.
