You know, I appreciate the Sooners. They've got a very good football team, except they need a better QB.

Even their walking wounded offensive line is better than I anticipated. Our DL is ripping holes in them most plays, but that's just because it's well, the best defensive line in college football.

Oklahoma's defense is fast, and agile, and strong at the line. And the defensive coordinator is calling a good game; he and Josh are in a real chess match.

This is a very good team. Their field sucks, but the team is talented and well led by smart coaches.

Hat's off to them. Just find a QB and spend a little on the turf.

p.s. Their coaches are naturally going to make adjustments in the half. Our coaches are hopefully playing two moves ahead and anticipating those adjustments. We need to come out on fire.

So far so good. Now let's open the gap in the 2nd half, and win this game 30- or 40-something to less than 10.

Very pleased, and yes OU is a tough out. We look stout on D for once and we’re doing just enough on offense with TWO STARTERS out on the offensive line. CONTROLLING the game too regardless.
