Look...he is gone...he tried hard,I know he did...he comes from a good family.

Show him respect...Im sure he isnt too happy either. Money cant buy a man's pride or heart...

I feel real bad for him...real bad....he does share our sense of doing the right thing, not tolerating anything but class act and to uphold the honor of UT...

No more Fooley's or other dang name calling...

Forget that, after the way he finished the game with 2 to's and 30 sec left. I now think he was not concerned with winning the game. He gave a big F you to you and all Vol fans today. I say bash away.

I think we should give him two more years. He is still learning on the job. Derek will get better

How about we treat him the way he treats our former players? Will that work?

If he has any pride or care for the program he will resign and not take the buyout. He's stolen enough money already!

He's a horrible coach. Shouldn't be anywhere near a Div Ia squad.

But I'm not going to pulls his pants down in public or anything.

I can't come up with any other reasonable explanation.

The man is an ass clown that accepts little to no accountability for the piss poor product he carts on the field week in and week out. Same mistakes week one of year 0 as in week 10 of year 3. Respect is not given, it is earned and he just hasn't earned it.

His recent public treatment of Sal is pathetic, especially after doing it to Chaney previously. Both coordinators suck, but his crap was ridiculous.

Dooley's done a lot for us over the last three years. This was probably the toughest job in America coming in. He rebuilt our roster, gave us some great talent and gave us the stability we need to succeed. Unfortunately, Dooley's decision making and actual coaching ability wasn't ready for primetime.

I hope the hard work he has put in over the past 3 years will translate to victory under his successor.

yep, he sure has. He has put us neck and neck with Kentucky for last place in the East!

No, not the toughest job by any stretch. He has everything he needs to succeed and he failed.

You can be Nick Saban and act with little or no class towards employees, coaches, ex-players, and fans...as long as you win.

But if you don't win and act like a first class d-bag, then your time as a head coach will be short.

Dooley isn't a class act. He isn't even his own man; he spent a coaching career playing a Saban mini-me.
