Where: Homestead, FL - 1.5 mile oval

When: Sunday, Nov. 16th @ 3:00 pm EST

This is Phase three of our Chase contest. You pick how you think the 12 Chase drivers will finish in relation to each other, not necessarily their finishing position in the race.

The points are awarded as follows:

Pick the top finisher in the Chase - 100 pts.
If the top finisher wins the race - 25 pts.
For each correct pick of finishing order (2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.) - 50 pts.
Pick any correct finishing position of the Chase drivers - 25 pts.

Examples: You pick the top four drivers in the Chase finishing order correct = 250 pts. (100 + 3x50) If the #1 driver you picked wins the race = 275 pts (100 + 3x50 + 25) If your picks for 7th, 9th & 12th were correct = 350 pts. (100 + 3x50 + 25 + 3x25). Remember it is the finishing position in relation to the Chase drivers only, not the race finish position.

The tie-breaker each week is the largest Nascar points total of the top 5 picks. If still tied, add the 6th place pts., then the 7th place, etc. If two or more pick the same order to 12th, the final tiebreaker is the earliest entry time.

Weekly winner gets to pick a prize from those listed in the Weekly Winner Prize thread.

Entry deadline is 2:00 pm EST. rbroyles has the final decision in all disputes.

Just an important request. If you are in the Tri-Cities area, please go by the Letterman/Hound Dogs and mention you are a participant in the contest. It could help retain the sponsorship of the contest. It would be especially helpful if you made a purchase.

Letterman is at the Food City shopping center on Volunteer Pkwy. in Bristol, and the Peerless Center on Rhone St. in Johnson City.

The last race for the Chase may be all but decided, but the Letterman Chase contest is far from over. I've done some calculating and I can see about 20 people are mathematically still in the running when you throw in Phase Two. You haven't forgotten that have you.

Good luck to all, it has been fun. I hope we can do it again with some much needed tweaking. Please send any ideas you may have for improvement, to include a change in administration if wanted.

I'm not really sure how to change the format, but I don't see any reason for a change in administration. You have done a marvelous job.
