Love how he talked all that crap and then backed it up. He totally was in the Pats head. Welker And Branch were most affected as they were distracted all day. And Brady seemed to forget that the Jets D is awesome and didn't take them seriously until they started hitting him every other play. He even got into Belichicks head as that 4th down fake punt was aweful. Obviously he felt he couldn't go into halftime with the Jets feeling good about themselves and risked everything. Total choke job and it all started with Rex putting the pressure on. He is smarter than people think.

Wonder if he will be calling out the Steelers, or if he keeps his mouth shut this week?

I would imagine he won't be saying anything. Really the only thing that he says is always directed to the Pats or Dolphins. A team like the Steelers he usually keeps quiet.

He's beaten the Steelers. So it's going to be interesting what his plow is this week. Kinda hard to stop the swagged out approach though. The Jets are playing with house money. All the pressure is on the Steelers.

Steelers vs Packers. Book it. Team of the 60's vs team of the 70's. Too much drama riding on this matchup. Refs are on the lookout. It will happen.

Rex is much smarter than people give him credit for. Talking smack and allowing his players to talk gave him an advantage when Welker responded and Belichick suspended him for the 1st series. Not a big suspension but who knows what impact Welker might have made.

Rex is the type of guy that you want to beat so badly that it throws you off of your game. I love seeing him embarass the Pats.

And the Pats had like 6 drops. That is a sign that they were not mentaly in this game. They were fired up but that was a case of the nerves or wanting it too much. I think they forgot the Jets have been good all year except for that one game the Pats dogged them. SO chances were this game was going to be close. I also think that blowing everybody out made the Pats young players not realize it's playoff time. Because the Jets were laying the wood way harder tonite. This game actually could have been worse but the fumbles bounced the Pats way.

People that hate the way Rex Ryan conducts himself let that get in way of the fact that he is now 4-1 in the playoffs on the road. Thats pretty good.

That's his guenious. He makes everyone feel he is a loud mouth idiot and they overlook him. All the coaches know he is obviously one of the top coaches in the game today. 2 straight afc champ games is remarkable. Only the Eagles, Pats, and Steelers have done that in the last 15 years. SO he is not a flash in the pan.

Rex is a character, he's good for the game. Personality makes things interesting, Nascar should take note.
