You prob missed the word "similar" in my post.

Runs a motion offense.
Runs a strict man to man.
Assisstant under Painter at Purdue.
Reputation for developing talent.
Says he evals his own recruits, trusts his eye more than a scouting or recruiting service.
Similar upbringing in KC to CCM's.

But he's never had cancer or been a HC, so I guess there is no similarity.

no I saw the word but unless he's been the HC of a bad team and won a conf with them then they aren't really similar at all
