riggs eligible?

I heard Pete Cardelli on the radio today say that Gerald Riggs was still not academically eligible. Does anyone know his status?

I personally am not *that* worried about it. Losing Riggs wouldn't be as bad as it looked. We are absolutely loaded at running back, going like 4 deep there with solid runners. It would suck, but I am not sweating it if we do lose Riggs.

I just read that Riggs has taken care of classroom troubles and is in the clear.
