Guys I know I am not bringing up anything new. Although I just started thinking of how bright the future of UT is looking. FL and UGA are both starting to fall apart. FL is going to stuggle the next couple years if Miami and FSU keep doing what they are doing. I am not really sure what FL is trying to do on offense anymore. Its flat out ugly. UGA is starting to lose top instate prospects as well. Not to mention even with the talent they have they always seem to underperform. At SC the ole ball coach is exactly that. He is old and arrogant. If Butch can keep the excitement in the program going and keep this AL game close and win out the rest. I think we are looking really good for next couple years.

Georgia is only falling apart from their injuries. Hasn't their top talent always been taken from them? UT has at least. They will be fine.

I dont think success of Miami and FSU willl hurt them that bad. They will fail because of that idiot that coaches down there.

Yes Spurrier is old but the Gamecocks are still lightyears better than they were before him.

WOW, you are optimistic! Looking at it from a statistical view, let's just say Missouri and Auburn are toss ups (yeah right, that's very generous). Let's also say we are going to beat Vandy, who is decent, about 70% of the time, and let's say we're huge favorites against KY, 90% to win. The odds of us winning all four of these games is only about 15% (1 in 6 times). If you'd like to adjust those percentages with what you think the odds are, let me know.

If Butch Jones wins out besides Alabama, he deseves national coach of the year, a pay raise, and extension

:yes:Look Football in the SEC is going to get tougher and tougher the next few years, with the playoff system and the SEC championship game its going to be hard to win a NC, I don't care who you are.

The way I look at it try and win 10 games a year and be tickled to death, I am 51 now and been a fan for 42 years just give me 10 wins a year and the rest will take care of it self.

If ifs and buts were candy and nuts, my friend. I love the progress UT has made the last couple of weeks but I don't think we have the talent to hang with Bama yet. Winning out after that game would be HUGE, but very unlikely. Auburn and Mizzou are very good teams that are going to test the Volunteers for all four quarters, but that's why we play the game. Any given Saturday! GBO!

Yea and people thought SC was a very good team and we see how that went! If UT guys wants it bad enough they can win against anybody regardless of talent! Oh and didn't the biggest part of this team almost beat Bama a couple years ago other than bray, hunter, and CP? Just didn't have the coaching staff!

MO is playing really well. Although I think they played a UGA team who was down on injuries and down on themselves at this point in the season. Then played a bad FL team. A FL team that we should have beaten to be honest.

AU is playing decent. Although we have them at home and I think our homefield advantage is starting to slowly come back to us.

To me the only game that we dont look to have a realistic shot is the AL game.
