SIAP guys... This is slightly older news, but I just now saw it and haven't seen anything on the forums posted about it.

Either way, I wish Ferg the best. I've read up on the kid and it seems he's done a lot of maturing over the last couple years and really regrets leaving UT. Wish him nothing but the best. He plays Ole Miss this year so he will have his chance in the spotlight...if he's the starter that is.

I hear Norvell loves him and he basically has the best chance to start over the other guys he has there. I wish him the best and hopefully he can make it to the league.

Glad to see him getting on track. Sure could have used him on several occasions at UT when he was injured and the year after he had left.

If they don't hand him the job I wonder if he cries and transfers again.

Hey! Way to go! You win!

...He's a 21 year old kid. And you're holding a grudge and being bitter over something he did as a 19 year old. No reason to do anything other than wish him the best.

Let's not get all ignorant on this young man. Kids transfer all of the time now for playing time. It's a different era. If they can do it. They will, no use in hating on him. sheesh. There are far more kids doing far worse than transferring for playing time. :thud:

It's a good thing Tyler's name wasn't Guarantano. As skinny as he was, it would have wrapped around his chest a couple of times.

The guy is really talented. Would be our starter in my opinion if he wasn't inpatient. (No disrespect for Dobbs. Dobbs is freaking awesome) good luck to the guy. He should have a killer season at Memphis.
