"Big Bill" France Sr passed away in 1992 during a race as Bill Jr did during the Dover race. An ironic and fitting way to depart this life. RIP,Bill and thanks for giving us this sport to enjoy!!!! 2007 has seen the loss of some NASCAR greats,Bobby Hamilton Sr,Benny Parsons,and Bill France Jr.
