RIP Tim Wilson

This may be slightly inappropriate, but . . . I saw him live about 2 weeks ago and it was obvious that something was wrong. He was erratic, belligerent, seemed to have no plan and frankly was awful. We couldn't figure out if he was just drunk/high or if he had something going on. It was just bizarre. I can't help but think that whatever it was was a precursor to what ended his life.

I saw him about 2 yrs ago on new years eve at Zanies and he had the same demure. I think that's just the way he was live.

Sad, sad day in the comedy music world.

Uncle BS, where were you on Feb 26. 2014?

Your Feb 26, 2014. I'm standing at these big pearly gates when a fella with a guitar walks up and I realize its Tim Wilson. I tell him "come on in, boy"

I thought he was funny, although after a while I thought his act was a bit tiresome. Part of that problem was I only heard him on John Boy and Billy and they usually got him to do the exact same bits over and over.

I thought he was a lot older than 52 though. I first heard him on JB&B like 12-15 years ago and I thought he was in his 50s then.
