It's the first time these two have met since 2010, after which Nebraska left the Big 12 to join the Big 10 11 years ago.

Oklahoma leads the series 45-38-3 and won the last meeting in the series - the 2010 Big 12 Championship Game - 23-20.

By the looks of it, it was a very streaky series. (Nebraska won 7 in a row between 1991-1997, the two split the series in 2000 and 2001, OU won the next 4 between 2004-2006 & 2008, and the two split games in 2009 and 2010.)

OU strikes first on a 1 yard run by the QB. 7-0 Sooners with 8:02 left in the 1st.

If the SEC expands to 20+ in the coming decade, I would sure like to see some old Big 12 rivals like Nebraska and Colorado to come along. It’s a far-fetched pipe-dream, but college football is better with the old hate-filled rivalries reunited. Heck, I’d even take Kansas to re-ignite the “Border War” with Mizzou.

Impressive showing by Huskers today. Who didn’t think this would be a 65-14 game?
Yeah I thought it was going to be a massacre too...Huskers might be getting a little better but not holding my breath...Frost is in trouble out there.

As great of an interception that was, it was 4th down. Would have been better to knock it down. Had that been UT making that play last season, the next play would've resulted in a safety knowing our luck.

Yep, the 4th down Ints are always humorous, especially when they are vigorously celebrated. I believe that Lincoln Riley considered challenging that Int.
