Who recruits South Florida on this staff? Jarez recently picked up an offer from Michigan and is currently ranked number 26th overall recruit in the 2017 class via Rivals. As of now he hasn't received a Tennessee offer. Haven't seen a thread on this guy and figured we needed to start one.
