Rivals current team rankings?

Just browsing through the current Rivals team rankings and something stands out to me...

Why does Kelcy Quarles count towards USCe's total points but Loften and Dixon don't for us?

It's the exact same situation except that Quarles is attending a prep school and our two guys aren't

My guess is that the Rivals guys simply have no clue what players are in Prep, JUCO, or wherever else so there is probably no logical explanation.

You are correct about Lame...but USCe is South Carolina not Southern Cal.
