This does not even count the instate talent such as:

Eric Gordon, Austin Long, Zack Tait, Alex Bullard, Gabriel Hunter, Thad McHaney, Courtney Easterwood, wesley Johnson, Zach Rogers, and Barry Dabney.

Aslo names not evaluated but probably top 250 are:

Tajh Boyd, Andre Harris, Demonte McAllister, Raymond Randolph, Gabe Lynn, Perry James, Damien Thigpen, Morgan Moses, Jarvis Giles, Jamal Patterson, Kendall Kelly, Dallas Lee, Stephen Gilmore, William Ming, David Sims, Terry Shankle, and Ricardo Dixon.

I know we have no chance for alot of these guys and I probably missed a few and others that will blow up their senior year, but we should have no problem getting 25 recruits for next year from just the names I listed.

which in-state players are deserving of getting scholarships?

feel free to comment or rip me up and down. I would like to know what everyone is thinking.

From the sounds of it, I think we land atleast 1 of the WR's you listed, maybe more. Also, I think we land one of the RB's you listed also. Stephen Gilmore from Rock Hill will probably be a Vol as well. We also have JUCO's coming in on DL which is much needed.

Who are some of the JUCO's that we have coming?

Yeah, Cory Hall, Rae Sykes, and Rufus Williams. Cory Hall is supposedly tearing it up at JUCO. I look for him to be a 5 star coming into UT this class. It's funny because he was barely rated a 2 star in HS and had a load of tackles for a DL.

I think we'll finish in the top 10 or better.

i dont think we get top ten because we dont have the scholarships like last year. we wont have as many schollies so we will have to tear it up to get top ten, as in USC type class. we wont do that well

No one has anyway of knowing how we finish this year. Making predictions at this point is just flat out dumb. We better finish in the top 15 though, or there will be a huge talent gap between us and the top tier of the SEC.

I still think Tavarres Jefferson does, but I am starting to wonder if he will even play football his Sr. year. He's a 3* point guard on Scout and he got hurt in the MBA game last year, which took him out of commission for about half the season. Maybe coaches are just waiting to see how he comes back from the injury? Or maybe he's made it known that he wants to focus on hoops in college and I just haven't heard about it?

We had like 18 to give out last year, and this year we have like 20+. How do we have less to give?

we have more this year but nothing like two years ago. we cant have 30 players commit like two years ago.

we took twenty-five out of that class. we cant take twenty five again. we would have to get commits from around twenty-five hoping about 5-7 dont qualify

If, and this is a big if, we get both Heastie and brown, do we tell Z. Rogers thanks but no thanks?

very doubtful. He may look elsewhere, however I have a feeling Rogers would commit sooner than the other two would commit anyway. Or he may play another position as mentioned above.
