The fact that you've listed Jaws 4 as a notable movie for Michael Caine should be all that anyone needs to know. Jaws 4 was notable for the fact that it was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS and never should have been made in the first place!

In case you haven't already surmised, I vote for Robert Redford. Also, how is The Natural not listed as a notable movie for Robert Redford?

How the hell did you list Michael Caine's notable movies without Cider House Rules or the Quiet American? Then Zulu, Alfie, Get Carter... Caine all the way.

My thoughts exactly. Let's not forget A Bridge Too Far, and Children of Men. Not to mention he has a funny bone: Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Goldmember.

On PTI the other day they mentioned that Caine's been nominated for Oscar's in 4 straight decades. He and Jack Nicholson are the only ones that can claim that. Caine > Redford

None of those movies would be considered Caine's notables. You can't be serious
The Eagle has Landed
A Bridge Too Far

As far as Redford's go, you forgot The Natural, Three Days of the Condor, The Sting, A Bridge Too Far, Downhill Racer.

I'd call this one a draw. "Spy Game" is actually my favorite Redford movie and Caine's "Harry Brown" is a thinking man's "Death Wish".

Actually my favorite Caine movie is probably one not many people have seen, "Zulu" i think it was one of his first movies.
Redford was great in Jeremiah Johnson. The sting is pretty good too.

One reason I dislike Robert Redford is here in Utah County he owns the Sundance Ski Resort. Every time a potential competitor comes to town looking for permission to build a resort Redford lobbies against them claiming that it would be bad for the environment. Utah County potentially has some of the best skiing in the world, but thanks to Redford's greedy *** that's not a reality.
