I have said it before and will say it again, we keep hiring coaches from mid majors and in the SEC the James Franklin's of the world are few and far between, but most surround themselves with SEC recruiter's because they know how important that is. We shall see but loading up your staff with Cinn. coaches is about as risky as hiring "fat Sal". Damn we need an administration committed to winning and we just don't have one IMHO.
