Lol, this won't hurt recruiting. This flag has been flying high in many yards across the state of Alabama, in plain sight for years. I see NO evidence that it ever hurt recruiting.

It's been a good four years since I last went to East TN, but I have to tell you folks that there are more confederate flags in the triangle between Greeneville, Johnson City and Kingsport than I've seen anywhere else in the south in the past couple of decades.
