"Roll Tide" on ESPN

Seeing the new "Roll Tide" commercial on ESPN makes me want to throw up :sick: I hate Bama and I hate that ESPN is a big Bama and Gayta homer station. I know one thing for sure...we'll never see a "Go Vols" commercial on ESPN.

The next 2 years we'll be one of the hottest teams in the country. I'm not saying we'll be undefeated or 10 wins or anything, but we will put up a lot of points and CDD will prove to be one of the most talked-about up and coming coaches. We still won't get a commercial from ESPN and wouldn't even if we were in Bama's shoes right now.

....ESPN didn't have a 2 billion dollar tv package with the SEC 10 years ago.

It's good buisness to promote the best teams and we are not in that conversation.

I was in New York last week and was getting on the elevator in my hotel when someone yelled "Roll Tide", same thing happened a couple of weeks ago in New Orleans, as a Bama Fan it is pretty neat to hear when you are traveling. Hey I can take it if ESPN does the same thing for UT,LSU, or Fl, but lord help us if we have to hear "War Cam Eagle" next year.

auburn fans are the worst right now saying that espn has it out for them with all the cam gate news.

of course when you have those kind of accusations against your team and youre ranked #1 espn is gonna be all over it.

Yeah, he did the same thing in 92, picking Miami over UA, he would laugh everytime UA was mentioned, you see where that went. For years I heard the same thing that ESPN hated Alabama, now it is like a love fest. An ESPN crew can be seen around Ttown almost every week. Who ever is on top in the SEC will be their ticket. LSU and Florida didn't get the attention that bama has, but as long as they have money invested as they do now, just have to get use to hearing daily about the top team. So next year west georgia will be featured.
