Romney vs Porn

Probably my favorite part...the ambiguous b-holes that they are:

UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh told TheDC earlier this year, however, that the Supreme Court has ruled that private possession of pornography is constitutionally protected, but that private receipt is not — meaning that individuals, too, could be prosecuted.

When Obama first got elected everybody went out and bought guns & ammunition, when Romulox gets elected everybody will stock up on porn.

How can you "strictly enforce" laws that are completely subjective?

It's so stupid. Obscenity laws were the reason for the ban on that novel, Lady Chatterly (sp?), but by today's standards it's a tame read.

You could convict a dude for walking around with no shirt on if the jury agreed that it was obscene.
