Was just interested in a role call for this year's event. Also, who people are looking forward to most.

I will be there as I am every year. If you have to look at the lineup to decide whether or not you're going, you probably shouldn't be there anyway. It's great every year regardless of who is on the lineup. Part of the allure of Bonnaroo for the true music lover is going to see bands you've never seen or heard. I've become a fan of so many bands after seeing them for the first time at Bonnaroo.

For the record, I love this year's lineup. The headliners will be epic and as usual, the undercard is full of virtuosity

Living 25 miles away makes it ultra-convenient as well :)

The names on the lineup matter, but not really. Bonnaroo ALWAYS delivers. For me, though, this lineup is among the best. There are a few groups missing, but hard for me to complain. If they add a Third Man Records tent, as has been speculated, it'll be the best ever. This will be my 8th year, and I'm also going to Hangout three weeks before.

Joy Formidable, Alabama Shakes, Avetts, Punch Bros, Temper Trap, Gary Clark, Civl Wars, etc. There are probably 30 or more acts I'd like to see. More than last year and I had a better time last year than ever before.

All my opinion, of course.

I live in Chattanooga and have never been. For some reason I just have never been intrested in going. I have several friends who go every year and love it. They have a blast and tell me I should go, but for some reason I am just not intrested in going.

This is how I feel about coachella. Don't feel like being a round bunch of people on drugs in that heat.

I've never done a drug a day in my life, including weed, and the drug use at Bonnaroo doesn't bother me at all. And, really, the drug use at 'Roo isn't any different than what one would encounter at any concert at an arena or amphitheater. The people at 'Roo, in general, are very, very friendly. However, the heat can be oppressive.

I have never used drugs in my life either but being around them doesn't bother me. I am not sure why I have never wanted to go. I guess it just doesn't intrest me. There have been bands that have played there that I would like to see so I know its not the bands that play there that are keeping me away

I suspect ticket price is a discriminator. It's pretty steep. Plus, it's not cheap to live on the farm for 3-4 days.

Which is why I don't understand why more people don't schedule big concerts (or weddings for that matter) in March or April before all of the heat and mosquitoes arrive. June thru August is terrible in The South.
