We have had bad luck with B1G teams lately in the Tournament, especially ones with "Michigan" in their name. Granted, this is looking pretty far ahead as we still need a win to get there.

Of course msu is a different team I marxh, but according to seeding Tennessee's region just got a whole lot easier again

Playing a 9 or 16 seed on Thursday

And playing a 7 seed or 3 seed on Saturday for a trip to the final 4

I’d rather not face Shaka. His stock is on the rise again. And I really didn’t want to see the Barnes was fired and Shaka was hired story line.

So not gonna have to worry about that.

Also, a #7 in our Region should work out better than a #2.

personally, i think too many people are overthinking this tournament for Tennessee. If they play the defense they did yesterday and dont go on 6 minute stretches without scoring, and they can beat any seed from 1-16 in this tourney. go lax on defense and forget how to score in long runs, then any seed from 16-1 can beat them. its as simple as that

Agree but sometimes it really just comes down to how well you are playing that day.
