Its been a awesome today for bowl selections! Both of my favorite teams are going to good bowl games. Its been a long long time since Iowa made it to the Rose bowl. I can't wait to see how it plays out. Hopefully Iowa can go 13-1. Im just stoked that our Vols made the Outback bowl. We haven't played them since 96, so its going to be nice to see how Butch matches up against Fitzgerald.

Cheapest tickets currently going for over $500. Props to Iowa fans for traveling so well to Indy, I'm assuming they're a driving force in why the Rose Bowl tix are so high. Shame none of them made the trip to Jacksonville in January, though.

I have friends happily paying >$1000 for a ticket to the Rose Bowl. It's ridiculous. With airfare it puts them around $2k per person, without housing or transportation.

Stanford has good enough team speed to beat Iowa. Stanford wins and makes it look easy. McCaffrey will run wild. Bryce Love could be a factor as well.
