Ross Tucker = Tommy Chong?

Heard this guy Ross Tucker call the Jags/Texans game on the radio and could have sworn at times it was Tommy Chong.

It comes through some in this clip but it really sounded like him during the game.

I've never thought that, but I do listen to Football Today every week. Tucker is annoying and pretty arrogant. Matt Williamson is good, though.
