That is so stupid, it's comical. The people being persecuted with false accusations were the plaintiffs.

Outside the court house during the trial, Giuliani doubled down on his accusations against Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, even though his own attorney had already admitted in court that they were false claims. Giuliani then proceeded to tell reporters, just as he has for 3 years now, that he had evidence which would prove his allegations were true.

He even pledged to testify in his defense and provide this evidence to the jury, and (FINALLY!) make his evidence public. Just as always, however, Rudy Giuliani was all talk, and no results. He declined to testify, and he has still not made his supposed "evidence" public. He has had 3 years to do so. He earned that judgment against him. He is a liar and a con artist.

Are you seriously defending Alex Jones? WTF? He admitted in court that he had lied about the parents of murdered Sandy Hook Elementary School children being paid actors, which was a lowlife thing to do. There is something wrong with you.

The Republican Party is a Cult of Personality, comprised of people who will defend anyone and anything, as long as that person or thing is 100% devoted to Donald Trump, and has also pledged loyalty to, and an unconditional support for Donald Trump.

Was he allowed??? I ask because a lot of judges have dismissed and not allowed evidence to be seen. Whether it be testimony or experts on the actual math and improbability of the voting patterns. Or the fact that Joe alone "historically " lost bell the most weather counties but still won.

Legit question. If he believes he had evidence bit the judge won't allow it then how do we know if its actual evidence..1000s of affidavits were rejected when in reality they are used as evidence everyday in court..but for the 2020 election they were allowed.

There is nothing stopping him from making his evidence public, if it exists. Fox News, OAN or Newsmax would have gladly had him on one of their shows in the last 3 years, and given him a platform to make his case ..... or he could have gone on Steve Bannon's podcast or just called a press conference. He had more options than just a courtroom.

Let's not kid ourselves. If Rudy Giuliani was in possession of evidence, which proved that Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss had committed election fraud, he would have made it public by now. He has been making these claims against them for 3 years now, while also purporting to have evidentiary proof. Giuliani is all talk, and no results.

What has prevented him from disseminating his proof outside of the courtroom? Nothing .... except for the fact that it obviously doesn't exist. It's been 3 years. Give me a break.

Those affidavits were released then dismissed by MSM and the courts...so basically the evidence is there it's just been dimissed and ignored..merry Christmas to you and yours

By themselves, affidavits are not actual proof of anything. They are just more allegations. There have been many examples from the 2020 election cycle of people lying in sworn affidavits, under the threat of the penalty of perjury. Giuliani has implied that he has actual proof to support his claims.

You seem to be conflating anomalies with actual proof. They are not one in the same.

That is beside the point here anyway.

Specific to the work of Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, Rudy Giuliani has publicly accused them of changing votes from Trump to Biden. He has also claimed to have definitive proof of this, and made promise after promise of revealing this proof to the public. He has never delivered on these promises. It has been 3 damn years now. The only reasonable conclusion to be drawn at this point, is that he simply doesn't have any proof that Freeman and Moss changed votes. He would have made it public by now if he did. Even Giuliani's own attorney, admitted to the judge that his allegations against Freeman and Moss were not true.

.... and on their own, sworn affidavits do not serve as proof of anything. People lie in them all the time, under the penalty of perjury, without any consequences.
