RUMOR Pearl's House.... up for sale?

A guy I play basketball with in a church league said he heard Pearl's house was up for sale. I told him I hadn't heard anything like that and figured if that was the case it would all over the news/forums/talk radio/etc.



So, is there any truth to this?

Guy is taking a Major pay-cut, possible could get the hook....He's being pragmatic

It was but when the realtor took a photo of it for their web site Pearl was unable to indentify it as his, :whistling:

The Pumps have it on the market. Their ticket business took a hit.

Working for that commission now.

I'd really hate to see Bruce leave Big Orange Country! He's done wonders for the basketball program. I think he's irreplaceable. Who would replace him that could do as well?

This would be big news if this was true. So, since we haven't heard anything...I doubt it.

I wouldn't read much into it, if true. His children are all almost grown. He doesn't need room for their visits. Why would he want to keep a monstrosity of a house up?

Guy is really scared he is going to FIRED. He had no idea UT would bring in a real BIG Time cheater to open up the NCAA's investigation.

Yeah, the only problem Pearl really has is that Kiffin was hired. Unbelievable that anyone is trying to use this excuse.

I couldn't agree more basketvols... It is a copout and trying to misplace blame to a place most of us have an extreme disliking for anyways. I wish it was that easy to just place the blame with Lane, but I am not quite inebriated enough to come to that conclusion... although this dayquill/sudafed combo has me a bit blurry eyed. lol

Money problems?? He could call ESPN today and get a gig with them paying more than he is making. I just hope that some of the misguided have not made him move onto say a real sophisticated school like UCONN. He would make 2 times the cash with the deal their coaches have with the Mohegan Sun. His kid will be done and he can recruit that NE corridor. He will be fine regardless of what happens however we will not. Haslem will do everything he can to keep him here.

A friend of mine also lives in Gettysvue and says nothing appears to support this rumor (no sign, no listing, etc.).

Learn the facts. The basketball investigation started before Kiffin got here.
