From what I understand, the NCAA questioned him about the current allegations hanging over the LSU program. He was to keep his trap shut and not discuss the process with anyone. He couldn't help himself and spilled the beans to another player that was still waiting to go before the committee.

All he did was talk about an investigation to another player as far as I know. He will have to go through the reinstatement process. Estimates right now are that he could miss a couple of games.
