forget what i said about south doyle players not wanting it, friday at the scrimmage they dominated both cumberland and campbell county. South Doyle finished with around 6 TD's 1 on int return. First time i ever heard players wanting to hit whenever a player from cumberland or campbell would fall in front of an sd player they would actually be upset not getting the "LICK" on the ballcarrier. I know campbell and cumberland arent the best of opponents but there was enough happen last night to get folks in south knox excited about this upcoming season anything is better than 0-10 im predicting 5-5 if they keep this hunger. Awesome job S-D O-line

not the best opponents ... lol ... Cumberland County hasn't done anything in nearly 20 years. I wouldn't even consider that practice.

If I had dared to post non-Vol info such as yours, the Site Nanny would have obliterated it lickety-split. He or she has an aversion to veterans :salute:. If you don't see this post, you'll know why.

Cumberland County scored on every drive but one. That is hard from getting dominated, and that is without Terryl their best offensive player, Wesley, and Turk plus two starting offensive linemen. And I gurantee you tyler howard did not fall down in front of a south doyle defender. I was at the scrimage at cumberland county too and you all got beat pretty badly there too. Hill, the backup quarterback obliterated one of your linebackers one a busted play. He lined up square with him and and ran through him like hershal walker.

if you have ever been around cumberland county's coaches they are never happy. if we make any mistakes you will know about it from the coaches. I watched the game again last night we scored five times and the first drive we were inside the 10 with but had two penalties. the kid that was "falling" was twisting stiff arming and trying to spin out of tacklers. When you are getting tackled by other people and you are trying to do the above mentioned, you tend to fall when you dont break the tackle. that is how tackling works.
