I can be a fan and still comment objectively. I do think our team will show much improvement this year. There's some optimism for you.

I'm sure he is getting calls and letters from many coaches and will all the way up to signing day. Hurd is solid it would take some sort of scandal for him to change hopefully we want have one not for the lack of trying.

God $#*! You're dumb! First off, where you are seeing beach pix of the kid I don't know but check the pic I posted from an interview. He is 230 lbs plus. But I'm sure with your impeccable track record, you can just look at a pic and know the weight down the the ounce. Just stop because you're a fool!

Of course Saban called. As I'm sure most coaches in college football are calling. He's the 3rd rated RB and 15th rated player overall. Kid is all Vol. Love's the program, coaches and mama loves UT!

Saban, and many, many other college coaches will be calling Hurd until he signs. Just like Butch and our staff will continue to call committed recruits. This has happened as long as recruiting has been around

Apparently Derrick Henry has gotten seriously hurt.... Like Marcus Lattimore style leg injury recently. They may have a need at RB now.

Three of those are either hurt or coming off season ending knee surgeries.

Only one has carried for 1,000 yds, the rest have few or none. I'd rather have your crew though ans until we can get to having five deep with high level recruits with two or more years of scholly left, we are going to be suspect at RB regardless of Hurd.

Don't care who the kid plays for, that is bad news all the way around. If this is true, I wish him the best and hope for a complete recovery.

The standard operating procedure among SEC coaches, is to wait till BAMA offers and assume that is a football player that we want and need. The fact Butch was proactive in this case was noteworthy, even though this kid is pretty high up the food chain. When Butch is just as proactive and preemptive around 3* players that Saban wants and few know about, you're on your way.
