Interesting..........I don't think Saban will stay over 4 years.....He never has stayed anywhere for very long.

It's great they went to see kids in a hospital but that is the most boring group of people I have ever seen. I bet the kids were thinking what the hell is wrong with these dudes.

Reminds me of the old joke my grandfather told me one time many years ago...

"Have you ever seen the buzzards that have been circling Tuscaloosa for over 15 years? They've been searching all that time for something worth sh**ing on."

Saban was looking for a way to get out of Miami. Alabama was his ticket. He got paid too. He will finish out his contract and I would look for him to return to the NFL or another college team outside the SEC.
I know the FSU job is already promised but he would be a good fit there. Could be considered for the Jacksonville Jags job if Del Rio is fired. I couldnt see him coaching for the U.

Saban likes money and thats about it.

That cuts too thin. He now makes less then when he was in the pros. CNS is a megalomaniac.

As to the OP, I don't think Saban will leave Alabama for any school except LSU. Alabama and LSU are probably the only two high profile programs that will let him be omnipotant. Besides, those two schools are also the only schools where he can stay for a few years and leave a legacy. So, I'm sure that is a consideration as well.

There are many schools that will give their right arms to get what many think is one of the best coaches in CFB.
How many can afford to pay is a different story, however if ND fails to improve and CUM doesn't go, expect Satan to announce he will not take the ND job.

Another thing to consider is the Michigan situation....if it doesn't turn around quick they might offer the house to Saban.

Off topic but...

I bet Saban lost about $100k of bonuses or more with the Sugar bowl loss

Just my opinion, but I have a feeling Florida St (as Dawson has already mentioned)may make a run on Saban in the future.I know Jimbo is supposed to be next in line, but I'm not so sure how that's going to work out, plus FSU is getting KILLED by Miami, and Florida within their own state.

Who knows,he might be at Bama for many years to come? I just found his facial expressions in the video interesting,so I just wanted some of you gals/guys opinions on what you thought.
