Saban presser where he addresses the yahoo article

Well, yes in that he went the Auburn route, but no in that his tone and attitude are off the charts. If you are going to go the Auburn route, you don't do it like that.

Les basically belittled a reporter at a question about Russell Shepard, by the end he had everyone laughing and probably the reporter as well. If you are going the no comment route than go that route, but it looked like he was trying to get revenge. Just my take, came off poorly. Of course, I hate the guy anyway.

Saban's the football coach. He has a big game this weekend. He doesn't have time to fool with a Yahoo article. Those reporters should've known as much. I thought Saban handled himself well.

Appreciate your interest in the game... Haha what a dick

Put yourself in his shoes. He notes about as well as he could on the yahoo article. Then he specifically asks for everyone to let the admin take care of it as information is known.

Meanwhile, they are playing THE game of the week, one of the top 5 of the year, in all of the 2013 college football season. And not one single question was asked about defense vs manziel, change in offense from VT gameplan, depth behind yeldon, etc.

His parting words were much more controled than what mine would have been. What a good coach, and a rightfully frustrated one.

Before Saban you guys were in the same boat we're in now.

What boat is that?

Saban is a good X and Os coach, no doubt, LSU did not want him to leave. Actually most LSU fans were not mad about him leaving, he pissed off everyone after he left with his comments. Of course, he didn't really act like he acts now when he was at LSU either. IMHO

As a coach, I have nothing bad to say, he is good, as a person, I have nothing good to say and I will leave it at that.

Saban started the trend of keeping good Louisiana recruits, if LSU can continue that, I would suspect they will continue to be a top 20 team on average. If La. talent goes elsewhere, then LSU could have a repeat of up and down of the 90s. Just my take.

Doesn't mean he's still not a dick..

I see nothing wrong with it. He addressed it, took a couple questions that were the same thing but worded different, asked them to stop asking those questions and direct it to the admin.
