This stat is just amazing to me. In 20 seasons of being a SEC coach at LSU and Bama he’s won 10 SEC titles in 11 appearances only losing once to Florida in 2008.

That’s why I’m not willing to label Saturday a complete choke job from the UGA side. Did they miss their best chance in awhile? Yes. Was it a sincere upset? Not as long as Saban is on the other sideline and recruiting the 2nd best talent in the country. That loss in 2008 was his 2nd year at Bama and he was still building while Urban was 4 years in and took over a much better situation to begin with.
