I think sometimes Nick Saban gets a bad rap for being uptight on the sideline. Here is an image from Saturday's game against the Gators-

For those of you who can't read lips, here is what Coach Saban is saying:

"Patience my good lad! There is ample time remaining in this sporting event, no need for such shenanigans. Act as if you've been there!"

As to the part about being there before, McCarron really hasn't.
Heh - true enough. I just saw the image on a Vandy board and thought I'd translate. McCarron WAS doing a little jig after that play.

*I'm not sure my translation is entirely accurate though.

The qb was dancing around and playing the crowd after a TD. A qb has to stay even keel. I had to do that saturday with my pee wee team when my qb got so excited he couldn't breathe.. Basically, I did it before Saban, hence I am as good as him.

I thought it was time for another spanking for AJ.

Depends on the QB.

Not sure in this case, but they are all different.

I disagree. QB is the leader. I don't think there is ever a time and place for him to jump around like AJ was, unless the game just ended dramatically. This was early in the game.

Evidently, Saban agrees.
