Saban's Summer Camp Speech

I love to hate this man but he is the best at what he does. This is one of the best speeches I have have ever heard and it is to children. I believe many adults could benefit from it as well. I can see why his players buy into what he is selling.
The video is roughly 17 minutes but worth watching...

When St Nick was at Mich St. his kid played baseball with my cousins kid. He was at almost every practice, and was out in the field working with kids. He offered his time to the coaches, and the coaches accepted it, partly to keep him away from the parents that would harass him if he was just standing on the fence watching practice.

He was a very good dude, who cared about the kids, got along great with the other parents, and just wanted to be Dad for his kid. It was a lot of fun to watch.

I have had a TON of respect for St Nick, the person, since then. I still have a hard time liking St Nick, the coach, but I respect the fact that he is a winner.
