I haven't heard much about this young man in a while and this isn't what you want to read about. Prayers for him and his family.

He was released last year to play for Nichols St. He was arrested last week on gun charges. He stayed in trouble at Bama.

BTW his death had nothing to do with his recent legal issues, in case it wasn't obvious.

Hard to tell. Single car accident. Must not have been wearing a seat belt. Head on collision with a telephone pole...?

Could have of course been accidental. Could have not been accidental. Up to investigators to determine if there were skid marks, etc.

Even if skid marks aren't present, that doesn't mean he didn't this intentionally. He could have fallen asleep behind the wheel.

Very Sad. AK said in interview that he spoke with Tenpenny yesterday, so totally shocked. Wayyyy too young.

It's times like these I say the prayer my granddaddy taught me which is Lord we may not always understand your ways, but we know that you will guide us, and strengthen us in the days to come, Amen.

Terrible for AK-- and a lot to deal with this week-- but maybe he can dedicate his game on Saturday to his friend AT and play lights out in his memory. Sometimes, all you can do is try to find a way to make something good out of something so tragic.

May God take him to His bosom and comfort him in His ever redeeming grace. While he will be missed, know that through God, he can find everlasting peace.
