You know what right now no one could be more dissapointed than me, but I dont recall anyone claiming the CMR was the second coming of anyone. I am extremely upset that we are getting our butts handed to us but there is not another coach in the country that I would rather have that CMR. He is classy, respectful and truely cares about his players. On that note if he doesnt make some changes his seat will start becoming increasingly warmer.

Mark Richt is a great guy and a class act. He is a humble man and a great coach most teams would love to have. UGA is not a bad team they just have a rebuilding year at QB. THey will be back. The QBs they have are young and wet behind the ears, but they have talent.
Urban Myth on the other hand, well Im glad to see him knocked off his high horse. He just seems to be an arrogant arse. I havent meet him nor have I heard anyone talk about his character I base my oppinion only on media interviews and wathing him on the sidelines.

I've got questions about GA's DC Martinez, but Richt is a very good coach, IMO.

How Vandy was able to move the ball on them wasn't too pretty, esp. if you're a GA fan.

I think CMR missed his real opportunity in Greene's sr. season. IMO GA is at least two years removed from being a NC contender again.

I meet Richt once after the beat down they gave us last year. I had one of my Tennessee shirts on and he had nothing but praise for the vols. He talked more about the vols then he did about Georgia and it was all praise. He said the vols are the team he worries the most about getting ready to play year in and year out. He has pretty much owned us.

Preaching to the choir. Our D has all the talent in the world and we are playing scared because our DC doesnt want to make a mistake. We have got to be more agressive and force some action. This reminds me of the 90's.

Fire Mark Richt. Is Goff still available? I don't remember him losing to Vandy.

Since everyone in Athens is on President Adams' case, he should fire Mark Richt, sign Jim Donnan to a HUGE expensive contract with a record buyout, and then quit.

LOL

You need to watch Meyer some more. He's a quiet guy, talks about where things need to improve. I've never heard him make any statement remotely arrogant. Not a single one.

everytime I've listened to Meyer talk he's evaluating something. No matter whats asked, he's evaluating it.

And that makes him arrogant ?

I can tell you right now the Gator nation is quite pleased with Meyer. I mean, we lost Saturday and we are still 6th in BCS standings, plus the the recruiting is terrific and the team is clearly on the upswing.

What with FSU quickly fading into the twilight on the Bowden Express, and with Miami imploding, the Gators ought to really benefit recruiting-wise and it is truly great to be a Florida Gator!!

i simply think that things in the SEC are playing out kind of like they probably should. Though i didn't think Vandy would beat UGA, Vandy has been playing everyone they've played thus far close...they had chances to beat both Ark and Bama and Ole Miss...and for once they put it together in the end and beat UGA.

As for Florida...well, it's not like their season is over. They are still in the driver's seat for the East, in the top 10...and 6 games left to go. though they don't, on paper, have any real tough games left, they will likely get a rematch against Auburn in the SEC champ game, or at worst get a top 10-15 Ark team in the SEC CG...

UGA has 3 more loseable games in Aub, FL and GT....and they have to go to KY...and if you can get beat by Vandy at home, you can also lose to KY on the road. UGA looks exactly like we did last year...
