I don't feel like this gets discussed enough. We have had a stout redzone defense and caused a lot of Turnovers in clutch spots. Big plays that flipped games. Pearce causing the fumble against FL, Mccoy pick Bama, Oklahoma fumble, the Mccoy pick yesterday (Vandy was not inside the redzone but the ball was in the end zone so I'm including it). Huge game altering plays. Also we have had a unusual amount of safties this year and the root cause is one man. Jackson Ross. He is a magician at pinning teams back. Whether it's a roll to gain 10-15 yards or Backspin to keep the ball from going into the end zone he has been incredible. We have been clutch in those 2 areas and it's a big reason we are where we are. Anytime you can turn a team away in the redzone its deflating and any time you can force a team to go 90+ yards against THIS defense, that's a tall task.
