Many people (myself included) laughed at the thought of Sosa making a comeback to baseball this season.
I still shrugged it off even when he made the opening day roster.
40 games later, he has 9 HR, 30RBI, and a .273 BA. :blink:
He's on pace for about 20 HR and 65-70 RBI for the first half. I don't think there's much of a chance he'll get voted in, but could he be chosen as a roster filler at the DH spot?
Sneaking up on 600 HRs as well with #597 tonight...
