I really want to know what he considers what the NG would be doing. its not a military act. Its not a policing act. He wants them doing raids. against foreign individuals. in a manner that is too deadly for cops. but not deadly enough to consider the area under military control.

Fair enough...I think if Trump pushes that it'll be adjudicated in court and they'll need to be defined..but I agree with a staged process..cut the benefits...offer a timeframe for them to leave peacefully themselves...then use the Fed agents...of course that all unless a court determines them to be an invading force as opposed to criminals...is there any amount of illegals you'd consider to be an invading force?
