1. How much would it cost?

2. Who would pay for it?

3. Would it stop there, or would we eventually have to wear one of those bracelets for not paying our cable bill on time?

About 15 years ago, a coworker of mine was arrested for streaking across a parking lot. He was told in no uncertain terms that he could be labeled a sex offender, which would have effectively destroyed his life. I think it all worked out in the end though.

Have an invisible fence around your house that sets off an explosive collar a la Escape from New York. Then I'm on board.

1. Does it matter when it comes to the safety of your family and your children??

2. We would, and I would rather pay for that than to have to pay for between 15-30 million illegals medical bills and welfare and social security.

3. Yeah I believe it would stop there, but I think that most of the criminal felons need this so we can keep track of them too. Freedom is freedom, but when it comes to the people that could care less about it go ahead and track them.
