Saudis had long conformed to de facto law that women could not drive. They have allowed protests on that and will stop enforcing it.

So sad. Think about how great such a law would be in the US!!

1) Millions of taxi driver jobs created.

2) Instant drop in gas demand and prices.

3) Roadways safer by factor of 10.

4) Commute times down by 70 percent, leading to increased productivity.

5) Insurance rates cut in half over night!

6) Hundreds of thousands of lives saved.

Stupid Saudis gave it up !!

An older woman was driving 50 down the interstate yesterday evening while trying to send a text message. She was dangerously close to becoming another grease spot on the side of the road. I honestly wanted to be the one to do it too.

Actually, the opposite would have happened. A smaller risk pool with a higher risk of drivers (men have more accidents and speeding tickets than women which is a fact) would have caused the actuaries to panic and raise the rate. The rate would have been further impacted due to the shortage of incoming premiums which would effect the trade combine ratio thus raising the rate even further. But then again, I am using the non-veiled statistic for women.

Ha ha ha... laugh and joke all you want, but there is an argument to be made that feminism has lead to more wasted energy and resources. Now that women are divorcing at a 50% clip and are working and staying single longer, you have more people than before living in separate housing units. More energy needed to heat/cool homes, more drivers on the road, more energy wasted, less time for women to make healthy meals at home/obesity....

You may have your finger on to something, Lawgate... maybe we should crack down on feminists. We can have like a McCarthy/HUAC type subcommittee in Congress that addresses these issues.

Only because we try to avoid from hitting women who can't drive and don't look before lane changes. It goes on our record, but 60% of the time its the woman's fault everytime.

I dunno, I'd take licenses away from people over 70 before I'd take them from women.

However, I'm going to spend the latter half of June lobbying DC to take A/C adapters (car charger holes for you women folk) out of SUV's.

Oddly, I just rear ended some lady today because my wife wouldn't shut the hell up.

I backed out, some other girl backed out, and we both rear ended each other in a parking lot.

She looked at me at upset, cute little barely legal girl, and asked me what she was going to do. I gave her my insurance card, told her it was a 50/50 at fault which meant she would have to pay her own deductible. My SUV had no damage oddly.

She then drove off with a f'd up bumper all because my wife couldn't stop nagging. Women.
