how are the Saudis behind this when a Syrian who lives in Turkey is in custody?

The link title was bungled by cbs.com. A Saudi newspaper reported and broke the story. The Saudis are not actually involved in the plot.

EDIT: CBS just fixed it.

He should have just planned to throw his shoes at Obama, that way, Obama could have caught the shoes in mid-air with his mind and tap danced on the ceiling with them.
